Terms and Conditions

• 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation of lesson or fee must be paid.
• All lessons must be paid for on or before each lesson.
• All block booking discounts and gift vouchers must be paid in full on or before the start of the block booking.
• All block booking discounts and gift vouchers must be used within 1 year of purchase.
• Refunds can be obtained for gift vouchers or block bookings up to 28 days after purchase as long as the lessons in the block booking have not been started. No refund can be offered after the start of the block booking.
• The driving instructor’s car is available for use in tests as long as a minimum of 5 hours driving tuition has been taken from the driving instructor.
• The driving instructor has the right to withdraw his car for use in test if he considers the candidate’s driving does not reach the required standard for test.
• The driving instructor is not responsible for any damage or loss of property during a lesson.
